1. WHO WE ARE
Private Cloud is operated by Quuik and the R0cketShip network ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we
collect, how we use it, and your choices.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT
- Account data you provide: name, email, phone, business details, and preferences.
- Usage & performance data: requests, device/browser, approximate location, and interaction signals
  from properties connected to the Service.
- Network data: visitor and performance signals across participating sites, used to power our
  collaborative, predictive network.

3. HOW WE USE IT
- To provide, secure, and improve the Service and its infrastructure.
- To operate the collaborative network — using aggregated and predictive data across participating
  platforms to reduce costs, mitigate risk, and drive demand for members ("a rising tide lifts all
  boats").
- To communicate with you about your account, and, where permitted, relevant offers in the network.

4. THE NETWORK & YOUR OPT-IN
When you join, you may opt in to the network data program, in which your connected properties'
aggregated signals contribute to — and benefit from — network-wide predictive intelligence. This opt-in
is a core part of the value we provide. You may withdraw from network data sharing at any time by
contacting us (which may limit some features).

5. SHARING
We do not sell your personal identity. We share data with service providers who help us run the platform,
within the network as described above (in aggregated/pseudonymized form where feasible), and where
required by law.

6. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
If you connect a website you operate, you are responsible for disclosing to your own visitors that a
third-party performance and analytics network is in use, and for obtaining any consent required in your
jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR/CCPA). We provide notice language to help.

7. SECURITY & RETENTION
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data and retain it only as long as
needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

8. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal
data, and may opt out of network data sharing. Contact us through your account.
