PRIVATE CLOUD — TERMS OF USE

1. THE SERVICE
Private Cloud provides internet infrastructure and performance services for businesses — including
edge delivery, security, tracking, and collaborative network technology (the "Service"), operated by
Quuik and the R0cketShip network ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you
agree to these Terms.

2. ACCOUNTS
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Your email address is your username.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate
these Terms or applicable law.

3. PLANS & PAYMENT
The Service is offered in tiers, including a free tier, an advertising-network tier funded through your
Quuik account, and higher-tier programs quoted directly. Paid amounts are billed through our payment
processor. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on notice.

4. THE NETWORK ("A RISING TIDE LIFTS ALL BOATS")
Private Cloud is a collaborative network. Businesses on the platform become part of a shared ecosystem
in which aggregated and predictive data is used to improve performance, reduce costs, and drive demand
across the network for the benefit of participating members. Your participation in this network is a
core part of the Service and is described in our Privacy Policy. You may request to opt out of network
data sharing at any time (which may limit certain Service features) by contacting us.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You will not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, or attempt to
disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. You are responsible for the lawful operation of any website or
property you connect to the Service, including providing appropriate notices to your own visitors.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We retain all rights in the platform, technology, and network. You retain rights in your own content and
grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service and the network on your behalf.

7. DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law,
we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited
to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

8. TERMINATION
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect
the platform. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
